Much more than I was expecting! Everything is of decent quality. The chargers are the only thing that appear to be cheap “Chinese,” but they work so far and are the one thing that can be easily replaced by any 48-volt eBike Charger.

We got these e-bikes after looking at reviews of several other e-bikes similar. After receiving them we had a broken spoke and worn axle guards, do to shipping. Seller replaced and reimbursed repairs right away, very unexpected. Seller alone, we would rate 5 stars for their understanding and timeliness.

I bought this bike last summer, and I am very happy with the purchase. It totally met my expectations – I use it to commute to the office and occasionally go out with kids on weekends. The bike is very easy to fold and it fits in the trunk. So far it never failed me.
